In 2011, the Cohens, a family of gelato enthusiasts, joined forces with Chef Mauro Petrini, a well-known and skilled gelatiere with a laboratorio in Boca Raton, Florida, to create Gelato Petrini. In order to meet the demands of the food service industry, Gelato Petrini is currently in the process of building a manufacturing facility capable of supplying both small and large batches of unparalleled gelati and sorbetti.
